FIRST GENERATION

1. James Vessels Sr. ⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾ died before 1820 in Kentucky.. He was born in Accomack Co. Va.
Came to Kentucky, Washington Co. about 1790 from Maryland. Lived in Marion Co. Ky.
The court house in Marion Co. burned during the civil war and all records were lost.
We never found mention of his wife anywhere. The family name was most likely Wessel of Germanic origin.

James Vessels Sr. and UNKNOWN had the following children:
