NINTH GENERATION
40. William M. (Will) Brown
(2) was born in 1841.
It is interesting to note that Will and Malvina were second cousins as their
grandparents were brothers. This was common at the time and you find it again
and again in this history. There were few people living in the Kentucky wilderness
at the time so families became very close. At best there were about 25 family
names in the early days living in central Kentucky. It is very easy to see how
it happens. He was married to Malvina Vessels (daughter of
George H. Vessels and Susanna A. Mills) on 9 Apr 1861
in Mead Co. Ky. Malvina Vessels
(2) was born in 1843. William M. (Will) Brown and Malvina Vessels
had the following children:
64 i.
Laura Brown(2).
65 ii.
Alice Brown(2).
66 iii.
Ligouri Brown(2).
67 iv.
John Brown(2).
